Refund Policy
At Manas Hospital And Maternity Centre, we are committed to delivering transparent, ethical, and patient-centric healthcare services. To ensure clarity, please read the following policy regarding Outpatient Consultations (OPD), follow-ups, and refunds carefully:
1. OPD Consultation and Follow-Up:
Once the OPD consultation fee is paid, free follow-up visits will be allowed on the same slip for the next 5 calendar days (including the date of consultation).
If the patient fails to visit within the follow-up window, a new slip will be required, and the standard OPD consultation fee will be applicable again.
No refund will be provided for OPD fees under any circumstance, whether or not the patient avails the consultation or services.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds, where applicable (excluding OPD consultations), will be processed to the original mode of payment. The refund process may take 7 to 10 working days depending on bank and payment gateway timelines.
